Thank You: Freezing Bananas - Thanks for the help!

Misc.
I purchased 40 pounds (NOT a typo!!) of bananas on Saturday and after making 40 small loaves of banana nut bread and 3 large banana pound cakes and 1 1/2 gallons of dehydrated banana chips I STILL had 10 pounds left!!! I checked out sites to help me deal with the overload and found you guys. I now have many skinless frozen bananas in my freezer and a husband who won't stop shaking his head at my "over-the-top frugalness!! I know what to do with the bananas but what do I do with the husband?!
