Thank You: A banana thank you

I just found this website, and was truly relieved that I hadn't committed a major blunder. My husband brought home a huge bunch of over-ripe bananas - and he was so proud. I panicked, and just threw them into the freezer, unpeeled. Now I know that I will be able to use them for wonderful things.

Thank you all, nine years after the original item was posted!
