Recipe(tried): How to Freeze Bananas

Misc.
I've been freezing bananas for a while now.. All I do is peel them and dump them in a bag. They don't stick together, you can break them up in the bag after they are frozen (for easy dumping in the blender!) and they've never turned brown unless I forget about them for far, far too long.

My favorite thing to do is just dump a few frozen banana chunks in the blender, add a little milk and vanilla, and buzz it up until it's a "milkshake". Delicious - and no sugar at all!

I've also taken them out of the freezer, dumped them in a bowl, and let them thaw, then mashing for quickbread.

I've tried freezing them unpeeled, but I couldn't figure out how to get hem peeled without thawing them first.
