Thank You: Kris Kringle Cookies - I cannot believe I found this!

I had this exact recipe and used it for years. It is my family's favorite Christmas cookie. This year, I could not find the recipe. While I sort of remember it, I wanted to be sure. I thought I would put a search in for cutout anise cookies. What a happy surprise when Kris Kringle Cookies showed up. More than that, I grew up near Buffalo NY, and I lived my first few years of married life in Depew! That was 25 years ago!!
OK, so does anyone have the Royal Icing recipe that goes with the cookies?
