Hi Karyn in Poughkeepsie! I have also searched high and low for the Schroeder's Bakery Anise Cookies. I was so sad when the bakery closed. I see all the recipes that were provided in response to your 2007 post and am wondering which ones you tried - and if any replicated the Schroeder's Bakery Cookie?
