YOU ARE SO SWEET TO RESPOND TO MY QUEST! LOL!
THE RECIPE YOU SHARED WITH ME IS SIMILAR, BUT, ALAS, STILL DIFFERENT FROM THE MRS BEASLEYS.

I REMEMBER THAT THERE WAS A TRICK ABOUT THE GRAPE NUTS, THEY WERE TO SLOWLY SINK INTO THE BATTER ???? AND, IT USED BUTTERMILK TOO, I'M ALMOST SURE.....MAYBE I WILL LUCK OUT, AND SOMEBODY WILL HAVE AN OLD MAGAZINE......THANK YOU SO MUCH! DONNA
