I see you already took photos of the mural. How about taking the photo to a copy center (Kinko's type) and have colored copies made the size of place mats to use around the house as another tribute to your friend. You could even mount the enlargements on colored paper and laminate them with clear shelf paper to protect them.

You could include your friend's name (and or her photograph) imposed over part of the mural picture before you have the copies made.

WITH HER PERMISSION include her telephone number too. Encourage guests who may be interested to take the place mats with them. Some of your guests may want to have the mats so they can show their friends her lovely work.
