Dear Jackie: Yes, I graduated from high school in 1962,

Misc.
got my Bachellor's Degree on 1966, and was a lawyer in 1969. Such glorious years. In Puerto Rico we were very European, not very Ivy Leaguish in the American sense. I used High heels and oxfords for my classes at the Catholic University and as you described, jeands or pants were not allowed. Chaperons were a most at parties and my mother enjoyed the parties more than I did. I was selected one of the three godmothers of the Catholic U in 1964 & that was the equivalent of winning a beauty contest. Also, I was a student at Arthur Murray's Ballroom Dancing School for 4 years (until I entered Law School) and I was confident, somewhat charming & sassy. Boys were in love with me & I was in love with myself. So different to what thanks God I became after learning the true values of life. Anyway, I still enjoy a good party, dancing, cooking and sharing love and experiences with my friends. And those were the basic values of our generation, to love others, to be gentle and to follow the persuit of beauty & fun.

Thanks for sharing dear Jackie. It is so nice to remember again!
