Dear Jen: Apparently you are referring to a jellied beef

dish called SULTZE. There are two references to someone asking for the recipe, but I could not find the recipe itself. Maybe someone like Jeanne that Knows her way in the Internet more than me, now that we have the correct spelling, can find it. The secret is to make a Search in Germany, copy the recipe & make a translation of the copy, but I really dont know how to effectively do that.

I wish you good luck in your search of the jellied beef.
