Gina, so sad to hear about your basil, :-)!

Oddly, mine is still soldiering on, little plants I put in with my hanging tomatoes...the tomatoes are done, but the basil is still there.

I plan this weekend to "dig in", and really clean up the garden. Still have a zucchini and some beans that are producing. The weather is projected to be lovely over the next few days (well into the 70's), but, overnight, it gets really cool. It's hard for the plants to recover from that extreme temp. change, so we'll see. And then of course there will come a night so cool they will all succumb. Eso es la vida!

Oh, I finally did watch that episode of House, my, it was a moving one. Wonder what this week brings?
