Your menu sounds so fabulous! What time did you say dinner will be? It would be so fun to be on the "Silver Meteor"...the train from here to Fla. It would be a great way to travel & join you & yours. (I'm only kidding about arriving unannounced on your doorstep.) I took the Silver Meteor a few times as a little girl with my mother to visit my grandparents in Fla. My DH and I even took it once to visit my mother and aunt in Fla. It was so much fun and so completely different than flying. I say that we should get our train syatem as good as that of Europe's!! Thank you for your generous sharing of your recipes.
