Claudette, The Lemon Curd....

Misc.
Hi Claudette,

Robertson's Lemon Curd comes in a small bottle and I found it at Publix right next to the pie fillings in the bake aisel. Perhaps you can find it at Albertson's and Winn Dixie too. It is fabulous!!

Mom is my Sous Chef for Thanksgiving...we take the stapled packet of recipes and divide it among ourselves and go at it.

Now, I must tell you, I prepare all the casseroles the day before and store in fridge. I also make all the desserts the day before as well as any breads... The only thing cooking in my house on T Day is the mashed potatoes, gravy, heating up of the corn and peas, coffee, and the casseroles baking. I do not freeze anything. I will be making Verla's rolls and storing well.

The day before is a very, very busy and productive time at my houe. I wake up super early and put on the coffee, put music on and Mom and I go at it and before you know it, it is time to call up and order something in and put our feet up. Oh, we love that day!!! We're nuts, can't you tell by now????

Hope you enjoy your day as much as we do!!

Your friend, Gina
