Wow, I am so glad you picked up a copy of Southern Lady. Don't you just love that magazine? I just recieved Paula Deen's January - February issue and I am holding off til I go to bed where I love to read myself to sleep. Her magazine is awesome!

Sorry to hear the weather is crabby up in Atlanta. It was not so nice down here either thoday, grey skies and a few sprinkles.

I took my Mom to the eye doctor today and we selected some funky eye frames for her, the new "nerdy black ones" that are out. She looked fabulous! She was easy to convince to ditch the old "gramma look glasses". They will be ready in 1 week. I might even go in and get myself a new pair now that wire rims are out. I hate how fashions in eyewear keeps on changing year in and out.

Tomorrow will be quite a busy day for me...DH will be coming home early so we can go get new passport pictures and send out to re-new. We will be going to Costa Rica in April! A word to the wise: do not let your passport expire more than 10 years, it costs more and it is such a hassle. Much easier to do it within the 10 year period.

I have taken several books out of the library such as Frommer's to read up on the country. If anyone out there has info or advise, please let me know. We will be going to Guanacaste in the Golfo de Papagallo.
