Recipe(tried): Sesame Toffee Bars (using graham crackers)

Desserts - Assorted
SESAME TOFFEE BARS

Graham crackers
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Break graham crackers into quarters along the marked lines and line the bottom of a large jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) with the crackers.

Melt together brown sugar and margarine. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and boil for 3 minutes.

Pour the sugar mixture over graham crackers in pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pecans.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Immediately remove crackers from pan with a spatula and let cool on cake racks. If they set too hard before you can get them off, return pan to oven for a few seconds.
