thanks for all replies... looks like there is no low-fat sausage gravy for us... what does a bulk sausage look like? and what's grits? Are they called different names here in Australia? Any Aussies every tried these American dishes? I've read so many recipes about this gravy but never seen the cooked. During my 5 year stay in usa, my american friends never made this dish (as most of them r into "healthy, natural cooking". I don't like most of the fastfood chains so I have never been to KFC. (I know they do serve such things...) Therefore, I do need some insight on this... sound stupid, huh? Thanks a lot...
