Recipe(tried): Breakfast Sausage Recipe for eggy
Breakfast and BrunchEggy...if bulk sausage is not available where you live you can make your own. Here is a basic recipe to which you can adjust the seasonings to your own taste:
Breakfast Sausage
2 pounds ground pork
2 ts white pepper
1/2 ts Mace
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground Ginger
1 ts Rubbed Sage
dash Nutmeg
1/4 ts thyme
cayenne pepper to taste
Combine well chilled ground pork with seasoning. Shape into patties.
