This revolutionary take on quesadillas includes chipolte roasted chicken, reduced-fat mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, corn, red peppers, red onions grilled in a whole-wheat tortilla. Topped with a cilantro ranch dressing and a side of roasted tomato salsa.


I also found this description of an item found at some Applebee's. It wasn't on my local restaurant menu.
