Thank You: Cart De Frisco Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Thank you for your wonderful sandwich. I haven't had a Cart De Frisco sandwich since I moved from EUgene 9 years ago. It was always a special treat. I'm going to make something similar tonight, but it will never be the same. I don't know if you will read this but, thanks, you were always so nice to my mom Kay Copeland when she would go downtown and see you. She's 82 years old now. She is still doing well. She lives in California now but she still takes walks every day.
