Recipe: 2-Step Skillet Chicken Broccoli Divan

2-Step Skillet Chicken Broccoli Divan
Serves: 4

1 tbsp. butter OR 1 tbsp. margarine
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut up
3 cups fresh broccoli flowerets OR 3 cups frozen broccoli flowerets
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup, Soup OR 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup, Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

MELT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. ADD broccoli, soup and milk. Cover and simmer 5 min. or until done. Sprinkle with cheese. Tips For another quick recipe, substitute Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
