Recipe: Broccoli and Stars (using star fruit)

Side Dishes - Vegetables
BROCCOLI AND STARS

Lightly steam 1 bunch (about 1 pound) fresh broccoli.

Just before serving, transfer broccoli to a large skillet; add 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and 1 sliced star fruit or lemon. Saute briefly.

Makes 4 servings
