Recipe(tried): Loose Meat Sandwiches

Sandwiches
LOOSE MEAT SANDWICHES

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 cup beef stock
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried sweet basil
2 shakes Tabasco sauce
2 shakes Worcestershire
Grilled buns (for serving)

Saute beef with onion until beef is browned.

Add remaining ingredients, except buns, and simmer slowly until most of the liquid has reduced.

Best served on grilled buns.
