Apple Crisp

5 medium-size apples, cored, peeled, thinly sliced
3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Place apple slices a in lightly greased pie pan.

Mix oats, sugar and flour. Add butter (or margarine) and combine with fork or pastry blender until you have a crumbly mixture. Top apple with mixture.

Bake 35 minutes in 350F oven. Cool before cutting and serving.
