Recipe(tried): Banana Split Cake

BANANA SPLIT CAKE

2 cups crushed graham crackers
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 box powdered sugar
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine, softened
pasteurized egg product to equal 2 eggs (optional)*
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 to 5 bananas
1 (1 lb 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
8 to 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
Chopped nuts
Maraschino cherries
Chocolate sauce
Caramel sauce

Mix crushed graham crackers, 2 sticks melted margarine, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9x13 pan and chill 15 minutes or more.

Blend powdered sugar, 2 sticks softened margarine, eggs (if using) and vanilla until light and fluffy. Spread over crust.

Slice bananas and arrange over filling. Top banana layer with pineapple. Top with Cool Whip, chopped nuts and maraschino cherries as desired. Drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces.
