Recipe: Barbecue Beef Sandwiches (crock pot)

BARBECUE BEEF SANDWICHES
Servings: 10

3 lb beef rump roast
3 tbsp flour
15 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup onions-chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar -- packed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp beef instant bouillon
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 cloves garlic -- chopped fine
1 tsp dry mustard
hamburger buns

Rub flour into roast. Place in bottom of crock pot and add remaining ingredients, except buns. Cook on low for about 14-16 hours. Serve over buns. Source unknown
