Soak a bag of pinto beans overnight. Put in a couple of ham hocks, some salt, and some Accent. Cook for about 2 hours and taste for seasoning. Cook until the beans are tender. My husband likes to add more spices and onions, but that is a matter of taste. I prefer to use slices of country ham instead of the hocks. Bake a pan of cornbread and you're ready for some good eatin!!
