Recipe: Broccoli Noodle Casserole (5)

Broccoli Noodle Bake

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz. pkg. noodles
salt and pepper
small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine
evaporated milk

Saute small onion (chopped) in 3 tablespoons margarine.
Butter dish. Cook broccoli and noodles separately and drain.

Add remaining ingredients and mix. Add enough evaporated milk to make it moist. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Broccoli Noodle Bake 2

1 (18 oz.) broccoli cuts, frozen
1 c. uncooked broad noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook and drain broccoli. Cook and drain noodles. Blend
soup and milk in 1 1/2-quart casserole (greased). Stir in
broccoli and noodles, cheese, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms.

Combine crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over top of casserole.

Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean from center

Broccoli Noodle Bake 3

1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk
1 can sliced mushrooms
garlic salt
Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles and broccoli by directions on packages and
then combine. Blend soups with 1 cup milk and mushrooms. Mix all and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Broccoli Noodle Bake 4

1 medium onion
1 stick oleo
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Kluski noodles
2 boxes broccoli spears
2 c. grated cheese (Velveeta)

Saute chopped onion in oleo. Cook broccoli according to
box directions. Cook noodles and drain. Add onions to noodles, stir. Add broccoli and cheese. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Stir 1 or 2 times while baking.

Broccoli Noodle Bake 5

16 oz. pkg. broccoli
1 c. wide egg noodles
10 3/4 oz. can condensed
Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions; drain. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, blend soup and milk together until smooth. Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, pepper and mushrooms. Combine crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
