Recipe(tried): Bubble Pizza

This is a recipe that is fun for kids to make, and that both adults and children like to eat.

Bubble Pizza

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
15 oz. jar pizza sauce
2 tubes (12 oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown beeef and drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Quarter the biscuits and place in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Top with the beef mixture.

Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5-10 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
