Asian Style Chicken
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2 inch chunks
1 (16 oz.) package frozen vegetables
4 sections of aluminum foil
Hot cooked rice
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Add chicken and vegetables; toss until evenly coated.
Center one-fourth of chicken mixture on each sheet of aluminum foil. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes on a cookie sheet. Serve over hot rice.
