Cabbage and Ham Hash

Makes 4 servings
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped cabbage
3/4 cup shredded carrot
1 tablespoon margarine
12 oz fully cooked ham, chopped (2 1/4 cups)
2 cups chopped cooked potatoes
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a 10 skillet cook onion, cabbage and carrot in hot margarine until vegetables are tender.
Stir in ham, potatoes, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Spread mixture evenly in skillet. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally with spatula.
I usually doubled this because we liked it so well. Also put in a Crock pot and took to work. Was a hit there too. We rated this "Really Good".
