Cabbage and Noodles (using grated raw potatoes)
1 small cabbage, shredded
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
Sugar (to taste)
1 to 2 chicken bouillon cubes
NOODLES:
3 potatoes, grated
Salt (to taste)
Flour
Put shredded cabbage in saucepan; add water to cover, and salt and pepper. Cook until water cooks away and cabbage is almost brown.
Add vinegar and oil; keep adding a little water. Add sugar, to taste, and continue to cook. Add 2 bouillon cubes for flavor while it is cooking.
MAKE NOODLES:
Add salt to potatoes and gradually stir in flour until you get a thick dough.
Spoon into boiling water to cover. Cook until soft.
Add to cabbage and simmer until the flavor of cabbage goes through noodles.
You may add a little more vinegar, sugar and oil if needed. If necessary, add little water in pan so it doesn't boil away.
