Cabbage Hamburger Casserole
2 lb ground beef
1/2 large onion; chopped
1/2 mango pepper; chopped
1 (16 oz can) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
3 garlic clove; minced
1 small cabbage; cubed
In large skillet brown ground beef; drain.
Add onion, mango pepper and tomato sauce. Add seasonings.
Cut cabbage into cubes; pull apart a little. Add cabbage. Simmer 10-20 minutes in covered skillet.
