Cantonese Crockpot
Servings: 4-6
1 1/2 lbs pork, cubed
1 green onion, sliced
4 oz can mushrooms, drained
1 onion, sliced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over rice.
