Recipe: Caraway Rye Pan Rolls (bread machine dough cycle) for Kat

Caraway Rye Pan Rolls

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup rye flour
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
2 pkg red star yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp caraway seeds

Place ingredients in bread machine in order of manufacturer's directions. Mix and knead using bread machine's dough cycle.

Turn out dough, let sit 10 minutes, covered.

Divide into 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball. Place in greased 9 x 9 pan or 9 x 13 pan.

Preheat oven at 140F for 2 minutes, turn oven off. Place covered pan with dough balls in oven. Let rise until doubled. Remove pan.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Return rolls to oven and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
