Celery Casserole
2 cups celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup,undiluted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1 package slivered almonds
Cook celery in boiling water for 7 minutes and drain. Mix with soup. Stir well. Place in casserole dish and put cracker crumbs on top. Sprinkle almonds over the top. Pour melted butter over almonds. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown on top . Usually about 30-40 minutes.
