Recipe: Cherry Yogurt Bread (bread machine)

CHERRY YOGURT BREAD

"Being that we eat low-fat, I use the fat-free yogurt flavors and sugar twin. Sure is good in the morning with orange marmalade and coffee!"

3/4 cup warm water
3 cups white bread flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cherry yogurt (use the same flavor as the fruit)
1/4 cup applesauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar (I use the brown Sugar Twin)
2 tsp. fast rising yeast OR 3 tsp. active dry yeast
3/4 cup dried cherries (I use any dried fruit)*

I put the ingredients in order manufacturer directs. Set for medium crust.

*Dried fruit may be added on fruit and nut cycle.

Makes 1 (1 1/2 lb.) loaf
