Chicken Burgers
You get the good honest taste of the chicken in this recipe. Great for a family BBQ or pan fry the burgers either way they are good.
1 egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 small onion, grated
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, monced
1 lb ground chicken
Beat egg. mix in cheese breadcrumbs, onion, water, mustard, salt& garlic. Mix in the chicken and shape into 4 patties, 3/4" thick. Pan fry or BBQ. Medium heat greased grill cook for 12-14 minutes turning once or until no longer pink inside.
