Recipe: Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole

1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (17 oz.) can whole corn with liquid
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Melt margarine in 9x13" baking dish. Add whole kernel corn, creamed corn, eggs and corn bread mix. Gently mix with fork. Drop sour cream by tablespoon on different areas of dish and fold in gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350F. for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly firm.
