Recipe(tried): Cream Cheese Cookies

Cream Cheese Cookies

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
colored sugar (optional

Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut with assorted 3-inch cookie cutters. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325F for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool on wire rack.
