Recipe: Creamy Coconut Pie (Keebler Ready-Crust recipe)

CREAMY COCONUT PIE

1 Keebler Ready-Crust Butter Flavored Pie Crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 1/3 cups coconut
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
toasted coconut (for garnish)
maraschino cherries (for garnish)

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add milk. Beat until smooth.

Fold in coconut, whipped topping and extract. Spoon into crust.

Freeze at least 4 hours.

TO SERVE:
Garnish with toasted coconut and maraschino cherries. Let stand at room temperature to soften before serving.

Makes 1 pie
