Place them in the slow cooker add sliced onion and mushrooms if you like.
Top with Heinz Beef Gravy in the Jar. I usually put 2-4 jars in .
Cover and cook 6-9 hours. The Hamburger is so tender that it might just break when dishing it out.
Just add some veggies and mashed potatoes to your plate and enjoy !
