Easy Microwave Sweet Potatoes (using oven bag)

Servings: 4-6
1 Reynolds Oven Bag, large size (14x20-inches)
1 tablespoon flour
3 pounds medium sweet potatoes, peeled
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
Slice sweet potatoes 1/4-inch thick; set aside. Add brown sugar, orange juice, nutmeg and orange peel to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend ingredients. Add sweet potato slices to oven bag. Turn oven bag to coat potatoes with mixture. Arrange potatoes in an even layer in oven bag; dot with margarine.
Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.
Microwave on HIGH power 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating dish after every 7 minutes. Let stand in oven bag 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
