Recipe: Friday Franks (fish sticks)

FRIDAY FRANKS
Source: Better Homes and Gardens Meals in Minutes

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 8-ounce package frozen breaded fish sticks
5 split coney or hot dog buns
Sandwich spread

Prheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix butter and lemon juice. Dip fish sticks in mixture, coating all sides.

Bake about 12 minutes, or until hot throughout. Spread buns generously with sandwich spread; place 2 fish sticks in each. Pass catsup, thin onion slices and cucumber slices.

Makes 5 servings
