CARROT PUDDING (CROCK POT)
4 large carrots, cooked and grated
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, grated
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix together all ingredients.
Pour into slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
