Wendy, here are three recipes for you. Hopefully one will work.
Fried Bananas
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
4 firm bananas
Peanut oil for frying
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Mix together the flour, sugar, egg and milk. Allow batter to rest for one hour, covered, at room temperature.
Peel the bananas and slice each one in half lengthwise, then across into chunks about 3-inches long. Dip the banana pieces into the batter and fry in hot oil for a few minutes or until golden brown all over. Drain quickly on a wire rack or paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
Serves 4.

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Blend well and add: 2 eggs, beaten, Milk to right consistency
Cut bananas into 1 inch pieces and chill in freezer. Dip bananas into mixture and then deep fry in hot oil, about 1 minute. Serve with honey or chocolate syrup.
MEXICAN FRIED BANANAS
4 bananas, not too ripe
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
Juice of 2 oranges
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Peel and cut bananas lengthwise once, then half once. In fry pan heat butter and carefully fry bananas until golden. Mix together orange juice, rind and brown sugar. Pour over bananas and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Transfer to serving bowls. Mix sour cream and powdered sugar. Pour over banana mix and serve immediately.
