Recipe(tried): Frozen Fruit Sundae

This recipe calls for the desert to be layered into the bottom an ice cube tray, the older aluminum type that had a removeable insert with a handle you pulled to release the cubes. It will work in any freezer safe dish.

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tablespoons melted margerine
1 pint of vanilla ice cream, softened
1 can fruit cocktail, drained well

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margerine. Press into the bottom of pan.

Mix softened ice cream and drained fruit cocktail. Spread over crumbs.

Cover tightly and freeze 1 hour.

Makes six servings.
