2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 (10-ounce) boxes frozen strawberries
1 (8 1/2-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small Cool Whip
3 cups miniature marshmallows (about 1/3 package)
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and mayonnaise.
Add strawberries and pineapple.
Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows and nuts.
Pour into a mold and freeze.
Serve frozen on lettuce leaves.

Note: Can use 1 package of whole frozen strawberries, and increase sugar to 1 cup. Can substitute 1/2 pint whipped cream for Cool Whip.
