Greek Salad Dressing

This is very delicious and much lower in fat than restaurant salads.

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Clove garlic; minced very fine
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Dried oregano

Mix this all together very well and toss with torn romaine lettuce, slices of purple onion, and crumbled feta cheese. I hate olives so I leave them out but you can add them if you like.
