CHERRY TOMATOES SAUTE
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons honey
1 pint cherry tomatoes, washed and stemmed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
Melt butter in skillet. Add honey and tomatoes. Saute just until glazed and heated throughout, shaking skillet occasionally.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 2 servings
