Grilled Jerk Shrimp with Creamy Tomatillo Sauce

Yield: 6 servings

1 1/2 pounds unpeeled, large fresh shrimp
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
1 (7-ounce) can tomatillo salsa
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 cup minced sweet onion
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Garnishes: fresh jalapeno pepper, fresh cilantro sprigs

Peel shrimp; devein, if desired.
Place shrimp in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add jerk seasoning. Seal and shake to coat. Chill 1 hour.
Thread seasoned shrimp onto skewers.
Grill, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400F) 2 minutes on each side or just until shrimp turn pink.
Stir together salsa and next 5 ingredients. Serve with shrimp. Garnish, if desired.
