Two things that must be served with ham:
Ham glaze
1/2 c apricot preserves
1/2 c dijon mustard
Puree preserves in food processor. Heat puree gently in saucepan and blend in the mustard till smooth. Spread glaze over ham before baking. If you want to brown the top of the ham after baking, turn on broiler with the oven door OPEN. It shouldn't take more than 45 seconds.
